Holiday Bazaar

The High School Student Council was helping out during the Holiday Bazaar. We created two games so that small children would not be bored and we can engage with the younger generation of XIS. The two games that we came up with was Twister and soccer balloon. Although these were very simple activities, we still had a lot of fun and really cared for the people who came to our booth.

In the beginning, it was hard to organize people to stay at the booth and supervise because it’s human nature for people to not want to work. However, it got better in the middle of the day because supervisors found it interesting to play with the kids as well. The engagement rose due to the experience of playing with children. This is like a series of chain reactions, when the supervisors got more engaged the kids are also having more fun and more children would come to play our games.
